Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracked, signed-for delivery service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@theglaistiggroup.shop.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
United Kingdom: No additional duties or taxes apply. Prices include UK VAT.
European Union: Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost.
Rest of the World: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note that The Glaistig Group cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refusal to pay duties. Refused shipments may be subject to return shipping fees.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify the address once an order has been dispatched. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@theglaistiggroup.shop, and we will do our best to assist before the order leaves our atelier.
The Glaistig Group is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a local depot, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare event that your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information and contact your local postal service. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us at info@theglaistiggroup.shop, and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Most delayed parcels are successfully located within 7–10 business days.
Damaged Items
We pack every order with great care, but should your item arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During public holidays and peak shopping periods (such as November, December, and seasonal sales), order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
