How long does shipping take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–3 working days. International shipping takes 5–10 working days depending on destination. All orders ship with tracked, signed-for delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery on all full-price items. The piece must be unused, with original packaging and authenticity card. Bespoke and personalised commissions are final sale.
Do you offer bespoke commissions?
Yes. Our atelier accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions each season. To begin a consultation, please select "Bespoke Commission" in the form above or email us directly. Lead time is typically 6–10 weeks.
How do I care for my handbag?
Each piece arrives with a dedicated care card. In general, store your bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight, avoid contact with water and dye-transferring fabrics, and gently condition leather every few months. We also offer a lifetime repair service.
Can I visit the atelier?
Absolutely. Private appointments at our Edinburgh atelier are available Monday through Saturday. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for non-UK destinations are calculated at checkout where possible, or payable on delivery. Please contact us if your country is not listed.
